At Silber CBD+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peakperformancelondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@peakperformancelondon.co.uk. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
